““My approach to therapy is very results oriented. I want people to start feeling better right away. I help people think about themselves, their lives and their relationships differently. I help people take control of the way they feel. When working with individual clients, I use CBT, EFT and Hypnosis because they work –and they work right away. When working with couples, I use the latest research based methods of communication, conflict resolution, attachment theory and trust building to help couples resolve conflicts quickly and deepen their connection.”
Dr. Ritchie frequently presents workshops on a variety of subjects such as stress management and relationship enhancement. Additionally, she provides supervision to therapists working toward licensure.
In addition to providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, Dr. Ritchie works with individuals and businesses as a professional coach/consultant. Learn more about coaching.
