"I approach therapy in a strength based way. I believe that each person has their own unique strengths and has the ability to succeed in their therapy. I want clients to begin to feel better about themselves, and by recognizing their strengths together we can do this. To aid in doing this, I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, as it is known to be an effective form of therapy.

Ms. Duffy is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
